Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Deskomigo, a mobile back-office app operated by Optima BuildSolutions LLC under the brand Zet8 Tech (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app. Questions? hello@deskomigo.com.

1. The service

Deskomigo helps small service businesses manage invoices, quotes, payments, expenses, scheduling, contracts, time tracking, and related tasks. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
• Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
• One business owner is the account holder; you’re responsible for anyone you let use it.

3. Free trial & subscription

• New accounts include a 14-day free trial, no commitment.
• After the trial, continued use may require a paid subscription. You can view, change, or cancel your plan from your account page; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Fees are billed in advance and, except where required by law, are non-refundable for partial periods.

4. Payments to you and your customers

Card payments you collect are processed by Stripe under Stripe’s own terms. You are the merchant of record for your sales; Deskomigo is not a party to transactions between you and your customers and is not responsible for disputes, chargebacks, refunds, or taxes arising from them.

5. Acceptable use

• Use the app lawfully and only for your legitimate business.
• You are responsible for the customer information you store and for having the right and any required consent to contact those customers by email or text.
• Don’t misuse the service: no illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity, and no attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app.

6. Your content & data

You keep ownership of the data you put into Deskomigo. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and data at any time from Settings → Delete account.

7. Third-party services

The app relies on third parties (e.g., Stripe, Twilio, Resend, Google, Anthropic, and our hosting and storage providers). Their availability and terms are outside our control.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it constitutes accounting, tax, or legal advice. Keep your own copies of important records.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optima BuildSolutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the app in a way that risks harm to others or to the service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; we’ll revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
